Medina Grill restaurant Missouri What a great find! Medina is possibly the best bang-for-your-buck shawarma place I’ve been to in St. Louis.

Real experience
it is a great healthy fast food option, and the spice on the chicken is so good.
We walked in the door and the man behind the counter offered to explain or walk through any menu item. The service was excellent and the food is fresh and quality. We had rice bowls. I am picky and order things a certain way and they didn’t miss a beat. The star is the falafel bites. They are moist and rich.

Very delicious good prices org. Palestine is so delicious. I don’t recommend juicy Jerusalem. Perhabs because the cheese used in and the hot sauce plus the mix meat option ruined it. The chicken org. Palestine is a winner. Highly recommend. Don’t mix meat and don’t put hot sauce it will ruin the taste. Each sandwich is very full with meat and it cost only $10 which is really good.
Amazing food. So so delicious, not a single piece of chicken was rubbery, only soft and tender meat. Insanely delicious. And the gentleman who prepared the meal is very polite and very caring about what he does. I was full for the rest of the day, $15 for Medina bowl no tomato, no onion, extra lettuce, extra hummus and added chicken.

This experience was disappointing for a Mediterranean fast-food restaurant. The basmati rice in the Medina Bowl and the chicken in the Original Palestine were both dry. Additional tzatziki sauce with the meal could have alleviated this issue. I also found it off-putting that they asked how spicy I wanted everything and then applied a hidden upcharge for mild.
The cost felt high, especially since I still felt slightly hungry after finishing my meal. To conclude on a positive note, the chef was friendly and asked about our dining experience.

I got the Original Palestine, spicy, with beef. The service was great, the food was ready quick. It was DELICIOUS. The meat was so flavorful and tender. Perfect combination of meat, veggies, sauce, and pita. I will be coming back.
We previously came to St. Louis for medical treatment a year ago, and went to Medina downtown- I gave it a nice review. Today we’re back and went to the Maryland Plaza location. I’m very impressed with these folks! Fantastic food- very fresh! Nice people working there and a clean restaurant. I call that a perfect trifecta!

Tried Medina for the first time a few months ago and now we go here at least once a week. Their falafel is so good that my mouth waters when I think about it. When I’m eating falafel from somewhere else, I’m thinking of Medina’s falafel. I tried the Medina bowl last time and it was so good I almost cried. My husband has ARFID, so trying and liking new foods is a big deal and the grilled cheese with chicken is one of his safe foods, which is great for me because I have an excuse to go here even more.
finally
Great Mediterranean food for an affordable price! I had their falafel bowel and my husband had their juicy Jerusalem chicken shawarma. We both added spicy sauce and it made the food taste a lot better. I really enjoyed the seasonable …
